What is Windwood’s position on suicide and euthanasia?

Windwood is committed to the preservation and defense of human life until natural death and to defend against suicide and euthanasia (or assisted suicide) by the individual, the family, or the medical community. For those considering such extreme actions, we urge them and their families to get the help they need to see them through whatever has driven them to desperation. Windwood does not consider signing a Do Not Resuscitate Order (a DNR) or the refusal of further medical treatment as either suicide or euthanasia.
